Toby is learning to play fetch .. kind of natural for him ... the big job is getting him to drop it but he improves daily .. the toy in his mouth is his favourite to fetch:-) Toby will be 13 weeks old tomorrow ...
When Macy fetches a ball she runs towards it at full speed then decelerates at the last second - when she's on the beach, sand goes spraying up as she skids. Trying to capture this was good practice with the various focusing options on the camera.
Before I recently photographed skateboarders for my Action topic, I thought I might find some active dogs at the local off-leash park. There were only a couple of likely prospects chasing balls, and each other, but the cutest was this little dachshund.
Me, my Auntie, my Brother, and my Sister took Eddie out for a walk down to the Reservoir. We got round to the Memorial Bench, for the boys who drowned, and we sat there for a while. Got this picture, whilst I was trying out my Dads Minolta Mirror Lens, which is superb.
I love how I've captured the movement of water, so well.
Hope had a great great great morning at Fort Funston with Dunstan and Sam. After running up and down the hills and watching Sam chase sticks like a mad man, Hope gave fetch a try. Good girl!
Last week, I spotted this peaceful scene. A lazy afternoon walk with the four-legged friend. It's unseasonably warm here at the lake, warm but comfortable.
Btw, this no name lens continues to amaze me with its sharp and contrast rendering.

A little blonde bulldog thought it was great sport to retrieve sticks tossed into the reservoir at Caesar Creek State Park.
my first roll of film from my Slim Ultra Wide that i got from Photojojo. Its a pretty sweet, and very tiny toy camera, with a huge wide angle plastic lens, which is why i get those wicked awesome colors, flair, and vignetting.
she likes fetching sticks.

09 Visual Intensity 18 (2)
Part of my 9th assignment "Visual Intensity" in Sabine Sighicelli's MPV101 Fundamentals of Film Language class at Brooks Institute of Photography. Taken with a Minolta 7xi on Kodak Professional Ektachrome slide film. ASA 100, 1/125, f/8
This is a video of my cat playing fetch just after we moved in the house. When she was a kitten, she and I were playing, and it somehow turned into fetch. She's the best cat ever...I know everyone says that - but it's the truth! xxx
This blue-eyed dog seemed to enjoy splashing through the waves, even when he/she didn't have a ball to chase after.
