Another captive snake which was brought to the forest next to our lodge for us to photograph. Still deadly and I was very nervous at one point when it started slithering towards me.
En les darreres dècades, s'ha produït una millora del nivell de salut de la població amb un increment notable de l'esperança i de la qualitat de vida.
L’activitat física, juntament amb una bona alimentació, és clau per mantenir una bona salut a totes les edats però pren especial importància en el cas de les persones grans.
S’ha demostrat que la inactivitat física està relacionada amb el desenvolupament d’algunes de les malalties de major prevalença en la gent gran: problemes cardíacs, diabetis, hipertensió… a més de contribuir a la pèrdua d’autonomia física i mental que condueix a la dependència.
Les persones grans es troben en un període de la seva vida en què cal posar especial atenció a la salut física, mental i socio-afectiva.
L’activitat física pot actuar sobre les tres vessants permetent viure una vida més sana, feliç i autònoma, sempre i quan es faci amb cura i atenent les característiques i necessitats pròpies de cada persona.

Older people are in a period of their lives where special attention must be paid to physical, mental and socio-emotional health.
Physical activity can act on the three slopes allowing a healthier life, happy and autonomous, as long as it is done with care and taking into account the characteristics and needs of each person.

Dopo aver prestato servizio negli ultimi anni presso Crossrail, Veolia Cargo Italia ed Arenaways, le due E484 MRCE immatricolate nel 2009 quali unità 901 e 902 sono state recentemente noleggiate dalle FER, non prima aver ricevuto in sede di revisione la nuova livrea completa MRCE.
Ecco quindi la 484 901 al traino del merci Kerakoll Reggio Emilia - Minucciano poco dopo il fascio merci di Pisa san Rossore sulla direttrice Tirrenica. (8/8/12)
After three previous employments with Crossrail, Veolia Cargo and Arenaways, the E484 901 received the complete MRCE livery and was rented by the FER to cover its national network from Reggio Emilia and Ravenna.
In this case we can see it near Pisa San Rossore leding the empty marble powder to Minucciano. (2012-08-08)
Fer nos propuso hacer el vestido corto y los manguitos del outfit de la Bloody red hood. No pudimos hacer el doble color porque no encontramos la tela, así que lo hemos hecho solo en color crudo :)

After being almost destroyed on battle, the FER was rebuild from ground up, with a new design almost everywhere, is is the result of the the Intel gained on the battle where it was almost destroyed, in which it still ended up destroying everything on sight protecting fallen mechs and pilots, from that battle it’s nickname changed to “The Mad Deity”, due to it being able to save and punish.
It now holds the repair tools on the back “wings” which are super versatile, they serve as stabilizers, thrust for extended flights, toolbox and partial back shield.
The blade was rebuild with a syringe function, if it stabs, it injects small electrical pulses that disable the stabbed part, and holds defense turrets on the back for protection when repairing fallen mechs.
The original build was actually destroyed by a beast, that being my dog chasing my rabbit at home (I do have a dog and a rabbit, they get along fine, but they chase each other playing, a lot), and since my mechs are build with small feet (an unstable design choice), when they hit the shelf, my mechs pay the price, I need to do something about that...
So what do you think? Now to build my new Mech!

Regionale 884, in servizio agli studenti, da Reggio Emilia a Sassuolo in entrata alla piccola stazione di Bosco. Il treno è normalmente composto da una tripletta di Aln72422 ( Turche ) o Aln 668 serie 5700
Queste automotrici consegnate dalla fiat ferroviaria all'ACT nel 1995 sono considerate l'evoluzione estrema del gruppo 668, l'unico che le FS non hanno avuto. Montano un cambio idraulico reversibile Voith e carrelli con sospensione secondaria flexicol integrale. ( da Tutto Treno ). Velocità massima 90 Km/h, 43 t, 370 Kw, 80 posti a sedere, e considerato la breve lunghezza delle tratte su cui operano sono state concepite senza bagno. Sono soprannominate "Turche" perchè all'epoca le TCDD ( Ferrovie statali Turche ) ne ordinarono diverse unità alla Fiat.
La tradotta Forlì-Bologna San Donato (oggi effettuata solo quando necessario) è stata per un periodo svolta in service di trazione da FER per TI,sia con le E640 che con le E645 cui il pdm venne abilitato.

Chapelle Notre Dame de la Salette, Mont Saint-Clair, Sète.
La Chapelle Notre Dame de la Salette a été construite à l’emplacement de l’ancien fortin Montmorencette, bâti par Louis XIII.
L’endroit, occupé par des hermites, fût dédié à Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette en 1864, 20 ans après son apparition dans les Alpes. A la même époque est institué le pèlerinage mensuel à la chapelle, tous les 19 du mois.
La chapelle est prise en charge par les missionnaires de la Salette au même moment. Signalons que la décoration intérieure, moderne, a été réalisée en 1952 par le peintre Bringuier.
De nos jours, la chapelle est toujours un lieu de pèlerinage important.
