Although the centralized wet mill has been operating during this year's harvest, Cenfrocafe has not finished building and outfitting the facility. They explain that they don't want growers to have to go all the way to Jaen to get feedback about their coffees, which demonstrates, yet again, Cenfrocafe's dedication to sharing information throughout the supply chain.
