Why I continue to surround myself by people who bring me down is beyond me. Forget that.
From now on, if someone is anything less than a positive influence in my life, I'm through with them. There are so many people that love and value me, why even waste my time with the people who bring out the worst in me?
I'm cutting ties. Cold turkey.

Another photo taken at Bristol Zoo yesterday. This is Jock, one of the Gorillas at the Zoo who looked pretty fed up and bemused at the constant stream of people watching him.
Not the best animal photo in the world, but that's how I feel at the moment!
No photographers were injured during the taking of this shot (he was safely behind glass).

07.01.2010 - Sitting in my PJ's watching the tv and occasionally looking out the window at the snow. I can feel myself getting better now, will be off the tablets tomorrow and able to drive again, got a nice weekend planned and back to work on Monday - I honestly can't wait!!
La Universidad de Piura participó en los Juegos Universitarios Nacionales “23° Universiada 2018”, organizados por la Federación Deportiva Universitaria del Perú (Fedup), que este año tuvo como sede la ciudad de Tacna. Los jóvenes deportistas, 74 de Piura y 26 de Lima, se esforzaron al máximo y demostraron su alto nivel de competencia.
