One from the archives where we found Earless, one of the grandsons of King Notch, early in the morning feasting on a wildebeest kill deep in the bushes.
Waiting for him patiently, he finally came out of the bushes to pose for a short while before sitting under another tree where he started thorough grooming session to get cleaned up.

Today, December 12, 2017, is The Feast Day of Our Lady of Guadalupe, a Catholic devotion that dates back to miracles in Mexico in the 16th century.
Expressionist artist Stephen B. Whatley painted this tribute on this date in 2008 - and it was blessed and exhibited in 2013 at Westminster Cathedral in London, UK, as part of his "Paintings From Prayer" exhibition.
The original painting was acquired by a collector in California, USA earlier this year; and pictured here is his late maternal grandmother, Virginia Ayala with the painting before her sad passing in June 2017.
In giving the artist permission to share this beautiful photograph - so full of serenity, love and peace - he explained that his grandmother "... was devoted to Our Lady and prayed countless rosaries to her. God gave me the insight to have her see this painting and take a picture with it before she passed. When she saw it she said, "this paint is very... is very... "Modern" of our Virgin Mary and so beautiful."…"

About the building: it's a regular dodecagon, well, almost regular then. Because four sides are fixed to the ground, it is also stable :)

The females of the Ol Keju Rongai Pride had brought down a Wildebeest earlier in the afternoon. The pride elders had already had their fill and moved away to the shade under the bushes.
The two sub-adult males just couldn't have enough of the feast and were still at it as the sun was setting. This Prince briefly lifted his head out of the carcass to lick all the blood all over his whiskers and face.

Just outside of Garheim’s capital city lies the estate of Lord Jakobsen. The most impressive part of it is the Hall of the Sun. Inside, it houses many different exotic plants, and is always much warmer than the outside. Here is where Leif Thorstein was invited to come to the feast that was demanded by the king of Roawia. He has come with his father, and once inside, he chats with merchants from both Garheim and Lenfald.
This is my entry for the Global Challenge 1 for the Lands of Classic-Castle.

Feast of Our Virgin of Health
The feast of the Virgin of Health is a religious festival in the city of Venice, which takes place November 21 of each year. It is a pilgrimage of thanksgiving towards the Virgin that has as its goal the basilica of Santa Maria della Salute.
Throughout the day, in the church, kept open without interruption, are celebrated continuously masses and rosaries, with a continuous influx of the faithful.
The recurrence originates from the large outbreak of bubonic plague that struck the whole of northern Italy between 1630 and 1631.
