A year ago today I thought that I had reached the peak of my existence. I thought I had lived a life that was well to do with, but I could have better, more. I knew that loving you was going to be a difficult and long journey, but I jumped into it, head first, fear less. You were everything I had ever wanted wrapped up into one very small pale blonde boy. Though there was a great deal of social anxiety and emotional baggage on your part, I loved you, regardless of your flaws and insecurities. Nearing the end, instead of loving me for everything that others thought were flaws, you depicted them from me. You made them known. And you attempted time after time to call me out on what you thought were imperfections. Love knows no flaws, the love that my God has prepared for me, knows no flaws, and in my imperfections God sees beauty. And that's what makes me perfect, because I am flawed. I know I'm not perfect, but in my God's eyes, I am and I am saved.
I'm not everything you ever wanted you might have ever wanted, but someday someone great is going to love me and they will deserve all the love that I give daily and I will give them anything and everything they want because they deserve it. I will be so much more happier than I used to be with you, because no one who wants to be with me forever, no one who is tied to my destiny, will ever leave me.
I liked walking down here, I felt like I had no worries no problems and no troubles.
I was fear less.

(sorry for all the seemingly "repeats" ---trying to decide which "sign" I like the best...This one just has a different font - not as pretty, but easier to read...)

I've been thinking of this saying for a while now.
For both teachers & my kiddos. You don't have to free climb
or do urban parkour to stretch yourself.
