Dates back centuries.. Had been a protected medieval settlement / fort for the people of the island. It then came under the authority and protection of The Knights of Rodes. There are several small churches among the ruins (there's even a legend about an undiscovered church and tresure...). I've been hanging around the ruins since I was a child. Very nice place, with a strong historical and mythological background. My winter house is located just at the foot of the cliffs.
