A much travelled Trident leading a nomadic life this year being displaced from London General at Merton (AL) to Metrobus after service on 21st May, route 157, commencing at MB two days later, route 320. It was on the move again after service on 10th September to London Central at Morden Wharf (MG) where it started on route 178, 23th September. It still wears London General markings and AL garage code.

A Trident returns.
In a surprise move and after an absence of about two years a Trident has returned to Go-Ahead Metrobus (MB) from London General at Merton (AL). The driver admires his mount in Ringers Road, Bromley as E115 LX09 FBF waits to commence a trip to Eltham on the normally single deck operated route 126. Saturday 1st June 2024. DCN59013.

E115 was last used at AL on route 157, 21st May and commenced at MB on route 320 two days later.
Three 09 plate Tridents have recently returned to Go-Ahead Metrobus, those being E115 LX09 FBF and E122 LX09 FBV from London General at Merton and E121 LX09 FBU an ex London Central machine from Peckham. E115 was the first to arrive entering service on 23rd May and is seen here at the 320 terminus in Kings Road, Biggin Hill Valley. Wednesday 28th August 2024. DSCN60261.

The 320 had a contract renewal from last Saturday with new electric buses the type of which will be confirmed by the end of 2024.

In a surprise move and two years since the last Trident operated at Go-Ahead Metrobus Orpington, E115 LX09 FBF came from London General at Merton in May. It is seen here on the normally single-deck route 126 in Eltham High Street on Saturday 1st June 2024. DSCN59015.
