Onychogomphus forcipatus ou l'onychogomphe à pinces (ou gomphe à pinces) est une espèce de libellules de la famille des Gomphidae.

Pateira de Fermentelos es uno de los lugares de ensueño en Portugal, está considerada la laguna natural más grande de la Península Ibérica alimentada por las aguas del río Cértima.

Pateira se encuentra en el pequeño pueblo de Fermentelos, perteneciente al municipio de Águeda.

Es una zona muy rica en fauna, flora y especies acuáticas y sirve de refugio para patos y otras aves migratorias, lo que lo convierte en un oasis de biodiversidad.

Lo que hace a Pateira increíblemente bella son los jacintos de agua que la rodean. Sin embargo, debido a su naturaleza invasiva, el ayuntamiento de Águeda realmente necesita encargarse de eliminarlos parcialmente de vez en cuando.

Una perla encantada, aún desconocida por muchos.

Il s'est arrêté plusieurs secondes sur le petit passage en pierre, entre 2 étangs.

Il regardait les canards et, selon moi, avait très envie de plonger 😇 !

Son maître l'a alors appelé et c'est à ce moment-là que j'ai fait la photo.

J'ignore son nom, son âge...

This one, along with the two immediately on top, deserves a few words. The boreal forest is prone to forest fires, a natural cycle which with climate change is likely to accelerate as evidenced by the forest acreage that was lost in Québec in the early Spring of 2023. This one and the previous two are about forest fires that took place around 2013, showing the impact of the passage of time on the regeneration process.
