No one remembers his true name. Some call him the Guardian of the Horizon, others mistake him for a statue brought to life by ancient spells. But he walks among eternal sands, carrying a secret sealed in gold and silence. When the sun reaches its zenith, his shadow disappears, and in that instant—they say—he hears the echo of the voice that created him. An echo that promises that, one day, time will turn again for him.
On that day, the cherry blossoms—the sakura of exile—will bloom in the middle of the desert, and the wind will bring with it the sweetness of jasmine tea and the soft echo of ancient haiku. Then, we will know that the East has bowed down to greet him.
