I did a side swap for a picture-based paper-pieced project with someone in my 3x6 group. I found out she used to be in the games industry like myself, so I had to do something game related!
The red angry bird paper-pieced pattern is from here: www.fandominstitches.com/2011/05/comicsgamestech.html
The other three patterns I created to match the first one.
Eyes are buttons from the button bin at my local quilt shop.
Hand embroidery on black satin. Worked in satin stitch, stem stitch, chain stitch, and french knots.
I have always wanted to embroider the sitting room at Spinner's End, and the Fandom Mashup Challenge at Fandom in Stitches finally prompted me to do it!
I used Soma's pattern for the TARDIS available at the above website.
I don't really know if this fits the Challenge rules; feel free to omit this entry, Jen. :)
Yes, that's 9's sonic screwdriver on the table.
This piece is about 6-1/2" wide x 4" tall.

Dear lovely BBC friends! First I ask all of you for forgiveness since for the first time I am tooo tooo late with my commitmments with you! I wrote a card for each one explaining what happened with me! I hope sincerely that you all forgive me, please! My envelope will be post tomorrow on Boca Raton, FLorida, because as I wanted to send some extras with the black bird and the snow globe bitties,I needed to wait until to have a friend that could bring them to US to ship them there. The envelopes were too bulky and my post service would classify them as a package and not as a card and the shipping cost would be too expensive to me. And today a friend of mine will visit her daughter that lives in Boca Raton and offered to piost my envelopes as soon as she arrived in US. So when arrived an envelope from Mrs. zimmermann from FL, it is my envelope! Hope all of you like the bitties, the extra bitty and the little gifts that are in the envelope together them! Love all of you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Elmo-pattern made by Michelle Thompson (found at www.fandominstitches.com/). I usually design my own patterns, but this one is so cute, I just had to use it.
Somehow, the nose just won't look as orange as it is on a photograph. I'll try posting a better one tomorrow.
Tomorrow I'll change this into a pillow for a lovely little boy that loves Elmo.

Not completely finished yet, still lacks the embroidery work to finish it. This was supposed to be part of a surprise blanket for my husband. And I never got back to it and never finished the other 6 other characters of the series to finish it.
