Well I thought this was an original idea when I did it this afternoon. Sometimes people think alike.

Love.

Sort of hard to date someone in todays climate.

Meeting you was fate, becoming your friend was a choice, but falling in love with you I had no control over. - Anon

Thank you for your kind visit. Have a wonderful and beautiful day! xo❤️

I rarely do portraits but I wanted to capture him before he gets too big!

I think this is such a beautiful Flower but the bush is really in sad shape.. This is a shot from last year and I didn't think it would make it but I have gotten a few flowers this year...

“All in all, it was a never-to-be-forgotten summer — one of those summers which come seldom into any life, but leave a rich heritage of beautiful memories in their going — one of those summers which, in a fortunate combination of delightful weather, delightful friends and delightful doing, come as near to perfection as anything can come in this world.”

(Snapped on iPhone 6)

I was sitting on my scooter in the driveway trying to get pictures of the roses across the street and then took this one of my rose along the drive way.. It looks healthy but that is the only stem.. The rest have died.. Don't know what's the problem but nothing in that area has done very well..

~ Falling in Love ~

Using Deep Contact

It is so nice to have the roses blooming again.. I don't have many but I love them.. This is the first one from Falling In Love (6-3-21)

David Bowie

There's such a sad love

Deep in your eyes a kind of pale jewel

Open and closed

Within your eyes

I'll place the sky

Within your eyes

There's such a fooled heart

Beatin' so fast

In search of new dreams

A love that will last

Within your heart

I'll place the moon

Within your heart

As the pain sweeps through

Makes no sense for you

Every thrill is gone

Wasn't too much fun at all

But I'll be there for you-ou-ou

As the world falls down

Falling

As the world falls down

Falling

Falling in love

I'll paint you mornings of gold

I'll spin you Valentine evenings though we're strangers 'til now

We're choosing the path

Between the stars

I'll leave my love

Between the stars

As the pain sweeps through

Makes no sense for you

Every thrill is gone

Wasn't too much fun at all

But I'll be there for you-ou-ou

As the world falls down

Falling in love... :-)

Have a nice weekend my friends!!

This is one of my new roses this year.. It's name is Falling in Love and I think I have with it..

This bud was processed in Topaz Studio 2 using the look Watercolor...

This is such a lovely rose, Just wish the plant was doing better. I only have one stalk left and even the second one it grew this spring has died... I know nothing about taking care of plants because I've always managed to kill them even if I do the same things others do...

This is the first bud from one of the new rose bushes this year.. Falling in Love is the name and I am anxious to see how it will look when open... I had to do a lot of cleaning because the rains causes spots but I think this is clean enough now to introduce.. :-)

Took this one early this morning to get the sun from the east...

This is my MOST favourite picture of all time and always shall be :):)

Thanks for sharing all the love!

A rose bush along my driveway named Falling in Love.. I did fall in love with it.. Processed in the on-line processor named Deep Dream Generator...

Two lovers embrace down by the water in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. My first visit to the City of Lakes in Rajasthan, and currently loving it. The mist burnt off by mid morning with some welcome sunshine for the rest of the day.

This is such a lovely little rose but it doesn't last very long.. I was out yesterday morning and it wasn't open but when I checked the mail in the evening it was open and looks like it's just about done... Oh well, to each his own, even the flowers..

"Deep in December, it's good to remember the fire of September that made us mellow." ~ Ed Ames

My parents are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary this week. They became husband and wife on August 19, 1949.

This is a musical composite project, in their honor.

Here are two of my favorite old songs by Ed Ames (who is now in his 80s also) to commemorate this special time:

My parents love Tony Bennett, Dean Martin, and all of the old classics. In fact my parents love, love, love beautiful, old romantic music. If you don't know these, well . . .

Take my hand and slip silently into the darkened audience of legendary Tony Bennett signing "Because of You" with the gifted k.d. lang.

It may be hard to imagine, but if you are young and this fortunate, this aging and mellowing may happen to you too. My wish for you and yours is that you also be so blessed.

Congratulations on 60 big years of love, Mom and Dad.

Love you,

This photo was one of many shots I took in the context of the wonderful workshop with Reinhard Wagner. Thank you Reinhard for these terrific experiences!

The most important thing about this photo are the two beautiful people...

One of my roses which isn't doing very well so will probably replace it next spring... Processed with an action by Dave Seeram called Illustration...

I don’t know how it happened.

I’ve tried to trace it back -

to a word,

a glance,

a shift in the air.

But love doesn’t leave breadcrumbs.

It arrives whole,

like a dream you wake into

instead of out of.

You were a stranger in that coffee shop.

And yet, somehow,

you felt like a memory I hadn’t made yet.

Something familiar wrapped in the thrill of the unknown.

There was no thunderclap,

no cinematic swell of music.

Just a quiet unfolding -

the way your presence settled into me

like sunlight through a window I didn’t know was open.

And that’s the mystery, isn’t it?

How love chooses us.

How it slips past logic,

past caution,

past all the walls we build

and simply says, this one.

You didn’t ask to be my turning point.

You didn’t try to change my world.

But you did -

just by being in it.

I still don’t understand how.

And maybe I never will.

Maybe love isn’t meant to be understood.

Maybe it’s meant to be felt,

cherished,

held with reverence

like a secret too sacred to explain.

You are my mystery.

Not because I don’t know you,

but because I do -

in ways that defy explanation.

And I will spend the rest of my days

honoring the wonder of that.

Yours,

In awe,

In love,

In mystery.

This is one of the bushes that is having trouble and I may have to have it replaced.. It is such a delicate pint after it opens and then it bleaches out to a nice white.. Have to remove the rust spots tho.. it's bad on the blooms...

When I opened the blind this morning I saw that this little bush had put up a bud so I got the camera and off I went.. I think this is one of the prettier roses I've seen...

When we see a potential sexual partner, our heart starts to beat harder and faster. If we are too much into it, our heart rolls downwards like a ball, noting can hold us any more," we fall in love". Our brain struggles to hold our heart form falling. Our heart wins the battle agains our brain and declares the independency. This victory will be announced as love.

One of my roses along the driveway...

According the online information , there are 3 stages of love. The picture above was created by me.

Stage 1: Lust

It is dominated by the sex hormones testosterone and estrogen.

On the picture above, one person is showing a little"lust",but no interaction yet ( the area between two things is white).

Stage 2: Attraction

During the attraction phase couples are already in love and are overcome with their feelings.

There are important neuro-transmitters that come into play during this stage, Dopamine and Norepinephrine. On the picture above, we see this clearly, the area between the things getting reddish and the things getting nice colours.

Stage 3: Attachment

The attachment phase helps couples grow bonds and feel connected to each other. Two hormones come into play here:

Oxytocin and Vasopressin. On the picture, we see the strong bond between the couple ( red colour dominating).

This is one of my recent rose bushes and I love the flowers but the bush isn't looking very healthy...

This was a total surprise.. I must have been walking in my sleep because I took the camera and didn't even check the settings and went out to get a few pictures of my roses after the watering this morning.. Low and behold it was set on selective color.. I took a few pictures before I realized that it was set that way.. I don't remember doing it but ain't nobody here but me!!!!!!!!!

This is a rose along my driveway and it's name is Falling in Love.. The video was created with software Movavi..

Hello, Earth.

Hello, Earth.

With just one hand held up high

I can blot you out,

Out of sight.

Peek-a-boo,

Peek-a-boo, little Earth.

With just my heart and my mind

I can be driving,

Driving home,

And you asleep

On the seat.

I get out of my car,

Step into the night

And look up at the sky.

And there's something bright,

Travelling fast.

Look at it go!

Look at it go!

~ Kate Bush, Hello Earth
