First round of spinning from the SCF fibre club - "Fall Back" BFL, 150g = about 150m total. 2ply. I LOVE this fibre, it's so squishy and soft and spins like a dream! Destined to possibly become a jumper for Ethan (I have 4 lots of it).
Our search for lunch continued to Eureka. Our favourite Korean place was closed on Sunday, so Five Guys is our fallback choice. Hamburgers are pretty good, with lots of topping options. No more free peanuts, unfortunately.

Our stay in Kyoto is at an end, time to catch the Shinkansen back to Tokyo. With seats on the Fuji side, we caught a peek of the summit through the clouds. We arrived in rainy Shibuya, but that rain borked our plans, then our backup plans, and then our fallback plan fell through. Plan “D” landed us in an Irish pub. Luckily, we caught the very last subway back to the hotel.
