Smile on Saturday: Optical instruments.
I have worn eyeglasses since I was a little kid but now I have to wear progressive lenses because it was getting harder for my eyes to focus when switching from looking at distance, computer work and reading. I suppose I am at that "age" now. ;-)

Today is a pink or purple day at Color my World Daily and the theme at Smile on Saturday is ยซ eyeglasses ยป. I was thinking about a concept for this theme and then I realized that we never had flying eyeglasses on this Photostream. So of course, you know me, I had to make it happen as soon as the vision for this picture hit my brainโฆ Here we go, Mesdames et Messieurs, just for the pleasure of your eyes: levitating eyeglasses.
For your information, those eyeglasses are pretty old. They belonged to my grand-motherโs brother, so my grand uncle. He was a small person. In fact he looked like a child for his whole life and that is how he was able to survive the war (lots of sick or disable people were exterminated in concentration camps) , he wasn't able to walk so he was always in a child's stroller. He died just after WWII (from natural causes at age of 21โฆ).

I had my MRI last tuesday, Mar 7th. this was to hopefully discover the cause of my balance problems and my faulty eyesight [which after much testing was thought not to be because of faulty eyeglasses or eyeballs.]
sometime in the last year, I had a stroke with cerebellum damage.
