Expressions – I called this shot “expressions” because of the different expressions on the kids faces. These kids who live in a very small village in a remote part of Mozambique has clearly never seen a camera before. You can imagine the excitement and emotions when i showed them what they look like on the camera’s viewfinder! . Acting and excitement came natural to most of them, except for the little boy who was to young to understand and appeared to be very afraid. He is a bus driver. Working all day to earn his living. He does not have the luxury to enjoy a day with family (reason: he works on no work no pay basis). Working in this line for more than 20 years have taught him to be patience and strong mentally.

Chakra 5 - Vibrating into Expression
The 5h Chakra is the throat chakra it vibrates to the colour blue, bight blue and it focuses on communication and creativity.
(It just occurred to me that many companies that focus on communication often have their logos in blue, that cant be a coincidance)
back to the subject....
When in balance we communicate clearly and with integrity and we are also good listeners.
Those who have a fear of speaking, cant express their feelings or are secretive have a deficit in balance which means of course an excess demonstrates itself in the form of gossiping, inability to stop talking or stand periods of silence.
Getting back in balance
Think before you speak.
Sing ( in the shower if you are as bad as me)
Storytelling - your kids will love it too
Practise silence just 10 mins a day ( excess)
Wear blue around your neck Scarf or tie
Learn a new language
Laugh
