Your heart is the Grand Canyon
I can walk along its edge, scream fiercely at the walls, hurl rapier sharp words and boulders down into the depths.
But I'd rather stand motionless in the arid air and let the span of it all shrink me, bind me, devour me.
Echoes bound off the walls and dissipate into whispers, ghosts. Dissipate into a momentous silence, stillness,containment, thick walls holding me in your eternity.
some days i need to remove my mind from the chaos and get lost in nature.

One of the worlds most visited icons was rejected by various Parisian communities sparking protests before the Eiffel Tower was constructed in the 1880’s. This just shows the results of perseverance and to never giving up on your dreams and that nothing is impossible if you stay focused on your goal. Keep dreaming and you too can change the world.

Not everything needs to be shown to tell a story.
Sometimes a fragment of architecture, a line rising into the sky, or a geometry holding time between stone and clouds is enough.
It is within the absence of the unnecessary that matter becomes presence, silence, and memory.
Non sempre serve mostrare tutto per raccontare qualcosa.
A volte basta una porzione di architettura, una linea che sale verso il cielo, una geometria che trattiene il tempo tra la pietra e le nuvole.
È proprio nell’assenza del superfluo che la materia diventa presenza, silenzio e memoria.
The last few months I have been putting together my first photo zine called Layover. The zine is made up of images I captured on two layovers during my flight back from Europe. The photographs tell a story of how one experiences layovers. They show the loneliness that one can feel between flights. From sitting in a row by yourself reading a book, playing with your smartphone and listening to music, to falling asleep while waiting for your next flight. Whatever it was, everyone experiences a layover differently. We all can relate on a personal level to some of these images.
All images were shot on a Lomography LC-A 120. Films used were Lomo Lady Grey 400, Ilford HP5+ 400 both pushed to 1600 and Delta 3200 shot @ 1600. All development and scanning were done by myself.
