Continuing our rod trip through the beautiful Lofoten in northern Norway.
We were four friends travelling in two vans, one VW bus, and one Mercedes bus from Berlin, Germany all the way up to the North Cape in Norway in 1977.
I took the photo in 1977 with an analogue Asahi Pentax SP II (M42) camera and slide film, then digitalised by using a a Nikon Coolscan film scanner and further edited in Photoshop Lightroom. Non of my digitalised film photos is cropped.

I loved this Canon camera very much just before I got to know the Sony electronic view finder from the A7 series…;)
So I maried the A7I, RII, RMIV and at last the RV for ever and always... so far so good.
Wintertime at the lake is always a challenge. Crowds of tourists in summer, frosty solitude in winter. But the landscape is also beautiful in winter, especially for photographers. Add a pinch of melancholy, a little world-weariness and can make wonderful photos that Hesse could not have taken better (if he had been a photographer). If you haven't got into the mood yet, you could lower the shutters halfway and listen to the music of Jan Garbarek. But then get out to take photos...!
Thank you for your visits, faves & comments!
...and thanks to the f. machine of Flickr, that gave me the explore...;)
