DSC_4986-BW-002: Walking bridge looking from Moncton eastward into Dieppe. Normally a lot of people walk, run, and bike over this bridge all day, but lately because of quarantine it's a lot quieter. I saw only one other person walking a dog a few minutes before this. Shot just before 7 AM. Playing with black and white to make it more striking.

A night under the stars was just what the doctor ordered! The start of milkyway season is here!
Shot in an abandoned yard in South Manitoba.
Tonight's full moon shortly after moon rise. There was a lunar eclipse and blood moon tonight, but it was only visible in other parts of the world. Taken from the riverfront park in downtown Moncton, New Brunswick.
Got eaten alive by mosquitoes while shooting, but I think it was worth it! :)

Looks like the male #RedWingedBlackbird #RWBB have returned. I heard their call coming from our suburban backyard tonight, and was surprised to see them perching way up in a couple tall trees. First time I've seen them in our backyard. Not the best shot though. #Moncton tonight. #nature #birding #urbanwildlife #explorenb #nb411

Saint John's Imperial Theatre had a fundraiser where a donation would see a plaque affixed to one of the historic theatre's seats. The vast majority are dedicated to individuals, or on behalf of commercial entities. Than there is this one. Placed high up in the balcony. Donated by someone with a great sense of humour.
Writer Stephen King lives only a few hours away in Bangor Maine. Who knows, maybe someday he'll make the trip north to take in a show. If he does, I think his seat selection should be an easy one.
