Only after great darkness, one can enjoy the light, I say to Enjoy the rainbow walk into the storm.

The rocks of Amirates glow amber at the edges, lit from within by a day that refuses to end quietly.

Welcome to my 1st long exposure landscape shot. I've been studying various technical elements over the last few months and finally found the time to shoot a scene I've known would look epic for a while. The plague doctor watches over the forgotten — a striking mural painted on the crumbling walls of the abandoned Beelitz Heilstätten. The decaying plaster merges seamlessly with the artwork, blurring the line between ruin and art.

The Beelitz Heilstätten were opened in 1902 as a sanatorium for pulmonary diseases. During both World Wars, the site served as a military hospital for wounded soldiers. It was subsequently converted into a Soviet military hospital. Among its most notable patients were Adolf Hitler and reportedly Vladimir Putin. For many years now, the buildings have stood empty and have become a popular urban exploration destination for photographers and tourists alike.

Abandoned roadway bridge, constructed 1903 and closed 1985.
