Can somebody explain to me why someone would post a ripped-off site live when that person (a) hasn't changed the names of the principals, and (b) hasn't actually decided on a name for the ripoff company? WTF?
I can't tell you how many times the navigation bar (which was pretty unique) was ripped off the Macromedia website circa 1996, but it was a surprisingly large number -- and those are just the sites we knew about. But that was a *navigation bar*. This is a whole site, content and all. Only the name of the company (and, ironically, the copyright notices) have been changed.

2. Autonomous driving technologies (sensing your environment)
But if all of the above fail in a real environment, then the last resort is to make it mandatory for every car to have a radar readable chip so it can be tracked by air. Again privacy issues. Only makes it feasible when we have a real problem and too many are dying.
