Here are a couple of ab exercises to do with a partner to keep your training fun and interesting. The High Five sit ups work the central abs, while the scissors and leg circles work the obliques, lower abs and hip flexors which help unify the core for better and stronger kicks and punches. After two and a bit weeks on a ventilator and a third struggling to breath on ITU with a host of lung problems (not to mention leg and jaw) I was downgraded to HDU. This shot, the only one I am going to post, shows me undergoing some lung strength tests the day I was moved to HDU.
