I called this one "Excuse Me" now part of my signature series the first horse was exiting the barn then stopped to look at me. The horse in the barn then came to the doorway to see what is going on. Ill edit this a little maybe get rid of the wheel barrel and add it to my sales colection.
Excuse me, but did I say "no more fairies"? No, I meant no more sad fairies, you misunderstood me... ;-) LOL!
Textures used here are from the generous Ghostbones and the one with writing is another free one, but I can't remember where I got it :-( I download so much stuff that I often fail to keep track. I'm so sorry :-( If you see this, let me know who you are! Thank you!

We saw the king shortly around Christmas, but here's his formal entry... Royal procession with knight and soldiers, the queen in her own carriage with lady in waiting, herald and jester...
I brick-linked the carriage from set 7188 (without the fancy rigged horses).
It took me forever build a presentable army, but here we are...
And of course I had to wait for our national holiday 'Koningsdag' (kingsday, the birthday of our king) to come up with this one...
And yes, we are done with the frogs now. I think.

Through choice I personally tend not to include people in my photographs, however when this Lady just strolled into the shot I thought (leave it there) then I thought if she just moved in a bit and stood very still it might just add some balance and character to the shot.
Please let me know what you think.
The Lady then disappeared as quickly as she had entered the water.
I carried on got a few more shots of a very lovely evening, packed up the gear and made my way up the beach.
It was at this point I was approached by a charming German Lady who apologised if she had got in the way whilst I had been taking photographs but explained she had just wanted to take in the evening and be at one with nature, to which I responded, and I must apologise as I did not recognise you with your clothes on, she did have a brilliant sense of humour and we exchanged pleasantries for quite some time.
She asked me to e-mail her this shot and a couple of others she required.
One of the offshoots of photography I find is the people who would probably not give you the time of day normally suddenly become so engaging, all good stuff.

Little Red Rooster-Personally, I think chickens are some of the most beautiful birds on earth. But I realize most people don't have the same opinion. I guess there just to ordinary for most folks.
God created chickens as mans most perfect food, they have everything you need to sustain a healthy life. Which is the reason here in the New America, they are always under attack. Because if it's a necessary food the don't want it ingested by humans. That said, I love chickens and their eggs.
So eat em' while you can before the government finds a good excuse to have them all executed as a public health hazard.

Jesus came to bring spiritual LIFE to the spiritually dead and set the captives FREE! FREE from RELIGION, ERROR and outright LIES, so WE might serve THE LIVING GOD! In SPIRIT and in TRUTH!
So you'll KNOW, and not think you're to bad for God to love. The Christian LIFE isn't about how good WE are, because NONE of us are! It's about how GOOD JESUS IS! Because JESUS LOVES US, so much he died in our place and took the punishment for all of our sins on himself. The wages of sin is DEATH, and Jesus took the death WE so richly deserved for us and died in our place. The good news is, there's no more punishment for sin left. WE, you and I were all born forgive as a result of the crucifixion of God himself on the cross that took away the sins of the whole world. All we have to do is believe it, and put your Faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. That my friends is REAL UNCONDITIONAL LOVE! YOU ARE LOVED. ❤️ ✝️ ❤️

Poppy doesn't need an excuse to get in the water, so New Year's Day was no exception---and the freezing conditions along with a very arthritic and bandaged leg didn't spoil her `dook' in the River Ayr at Sorn either :D
