Every morning in front of the hotel the older folk worked out so gracefully

Excercises or training being done by Kingston Fire and Rescue downtown on the waterfront to keep us safe. Took a couple of quick snaps before heading back to work.

I love excercise because 1) my doctor has the idea that my ideal weight is 185. However, I feel comfortable at 225 with the exception of my mid-section which I am diligently working on, but that's another subject.
