January 26, 2010-- Today in Acting we started these excercises called Oxy Rhythms. It's like doing yoga. It's supposed to help us connect to our bodies and our breathing better in order to help us later connect to characters and such. The excercises we did today had us rolling around on our backs on the hardwood floor, without a mat. It's hard to tell in this picture, but I've got bruises all over my back and spine.

Mary Wellington and Pat Seward walk in the Sterling Oaks condominiums in Portage, on Easter during the world wide Coronavirus Pandemic of 2020. Michigan was under a 'stay at home' order by the Governor, but walking was one permissible activity.

There was a whole group of these folks just jumping up and down in the middle of Coloumbus Circle. Looks like fun.
This duckling happened to show his wings just as the picture was being taken.Those wings have to grow a bit more before it is time to fly south!
