Paseando en el pueblecito de Evol, en los Pirineos, esas tres pinzas de la roba me llevaron al trozo de jardín de mis abuelos dónde con mis primos organizabamos carreras de caracoles. Durante el año, vivía en un piso, y como en Bretaña llueve mucho, la roba se ponía a secar dentro del cuarto de baño. Pero en verano, en casa de mis abuelos, me acuerdo de ese placer de ayudar a mi mami a tender la ropa en esa zona de atrás, lejos de la vista de la gente que pasaba por la calle, a la orilla de un pequeño bosque en el que solíamos ejercernos a trepar en los árboles, y dónde nos escondíamos de los adultos para jugar secretamente a lanzar cuchillos... Pues en esa zona de tender la roba había muchas piedras de granit debajo de las cuáles podíamos encontrar tantos caracoles como queríamos para organizar carreras... Los caminos de la memoria son muy imprevisto; así se estableció la conexión entre esas pinzas de la ropa del pueblecito de Evol y las carreras de caracoles de mi niñez.
