Ever had the feeling that you are about to get wet ;)! Another bad weather shot, this time taken on heathland near Creech - don't you just love this sort of weather for mood shots :) And don't you just love trees :)........in fact, isn't creation and our countryside wonderful whatever the weather!
And, yes, I did get WET :)!!

GLLX #3001, the only locomotive to ever wear this version of Marquette Rail paint, leads sister GLLX #3002 south along CSX's Grand Rapids Terminal sub in September of 2007. A few years later, a major track rehab project would eradicate the weeds through here. GLLX 3001 is still on the MQT roster, in orange paint as MQT #3389. 3002 and 3003 are currently working over on the Huron & Eastern.

Every single sunset or sunrise photograph is individual and it provides us with a different colour and cloud formation every time we see one, no two pictures are the same with colours of orange, red, yellow and pink to name but a few and as you experience each one it's mood changes with every single second.
Wild Feeling Rayna, first thoughts--another girl I have been eagerly waiting for. Rayna is one of my favorite sculpts and I hardly ever say no to her. Even though she is somewhat similar to Neo Romantic, I had to have her. She is stunning in person, no glaring issues. There are a few things I'm not ecstatic about though. To begin with, the overly roundish shape of her eyes is distracting. The top has a bit too much falling out and I wish the color of her pants were the deeper shade of plum as in her promo pics.

Cambria is one of the most loving, cheerful cemeteries I've ever visited. Many of the graves are decorated with mementos of life. This is not the only one to have a statue of a favorite pet beside it. Others have several dogs or other animals depicted. There is not the uniformity found in more fomal burying grounds, yet it all fits together in a wonderfully tranquil way.

I have learned over the course of my years working with projects, that the design ever evolves. When you finish something, you realize how it could have been better, more effective, or whatever. Knowing that, with any project that is really important to me, I purposefully take my time, try things, see what works and what doesn't, and then decide on my design. Hopefully this time I have it...
I finished a lifetime dream of collecting the quarters of the National Parks some time ago, but the custom plaque / frame for them has been in the background for a while now. I believe that I have the design I will be happy with, the methods, and now... I can begin (again).
