Through the rest of the winter, this is all I'm carrying in the pannier as far as bike-stuff goes. I have some patches and a spare tube in the wedge. I'm gonna leave my CO2 and multi-tool at work. More info here.

No name PIC evaluation board for 40-pin microcontroller. There are sockets for RTC chip and EEPROM on board but there isn't ICSP connector :-(
At the exit of the science center/museum visitors could put the sticker on a wall. The text could be:
What do you think about the center? Put your sticker here.
Then there should be a scale from fantastic to crap and visitors can put their sticker where they like. In this way you can collect all the stickers and evaluate the visitor experience at the same time.

Someone needs to invent a better tasting evaluation system (no knock on UCANR...it's a problem with Dave Wilson tastings, all tastings). People have different tastes. So for some folks a super-sweet persimmon is a really good thing for them. For people like me, a more complex taste is what I like. So when these things are averaged, they may not give an accurate picture of how pleasing a variety is.
I think my ideas were different from what I made, I set out to make a scene for the desert that was going to look more like the video game Fallout 3 but I found it too difficult although I changed the idea I am happy with the outcome.
I have used Photoshop once before but I need more practice so I know my way around the programme and to learn where my tools are and what they do. I feel my use was as good as it could have been from what I know on using Photoshop and I hope to add more skills to my work as I go along with the course.
I am more aware of other tools in the software and I feel like I can improve more if I were to re-create this work.
I particularly like the mannequin face in the centre of the image with the fire in the right eye, I feel like adding the fire into the eye was effective as it makes that part look realistic as it blends in with the rest of the image making it an interesting detail. I also like the Ferris wheel in the background because I added lights on the side and fire to one of the seats as if it was broken down. This part I feel was very effective as it is only noticeable when you go and look at it. I feel like this make my image look more full.
If I could redo or alter the idea I would make the base image a brighter scene so you have to find more of the layers I added and make it look more interesting. Also the image size needed to be a little bigger and this would have let me add more to the image and try out other ideas.
