I have no idea whether Technopark themselves sell so many different body styles for this Russian Kamaz truck but when sold on the Chinese market it gets quite a few different guises such as this cement mixer. Strangely this still has the Technopark name on the baseplate though its actually sold under the ETI name with Chinese script obviously not designed for the Russian market. The model itself is licensed thus nicely cast and detailed and is on a par quality wise with the 1/64 models sold here in the U.K. under the Teamsterz name etc.. Part of a four vehicle set. Mint and boxed.

In this increasingly globalised world its still gratifying to discover models such as this based on vehicles unique to only certain areas. The Kamaz truck is of course is as Russian as vodka with its no frills styling and long production life and can be seen here in a tipper truck guise. Technically its a Technopark casting and indeed still bears that brand on the baseplate but this is actually a Chinese only livery and is sold under the ETI brand so perhaps this model is either not exclusive to Technopark or the Chinese factory isn't too fussy who it lends its molds to. A great chunky model which appears to be licensed as the KAMAZ name features on the model and baseplate. Part of a four vehicle set. Mint and boxed.

Sharpshooters are the most accurate snipers that ETI has to offer. They rarely miss a shot, and are renowned for their reliable abilities. They are equipped with a re-breather as well as an oxygen tank, as they are often deployed before war is declared, into many different environments. They camp down before the main invasion forces arrive, and snipe down opposition from behind enemy lines.

Anyone who follows my Flikr account will know I already have a ridiculous amount of these MAN TGA based Fire Engines in my collection. They have all been bought in the U.K. where they are imported and distributed here by HTI to be sold under various brands such as Teamsterz, Wilko Roadsters, Motor Mania etc. This particular one if you look closely actually has Chinese script down its sides and was purchased directly from that country as part of a five vehicle ETI set. The other vehicles in the set interestingly are Russian themed Technopark Park branded models and it is this and other similarities such as wheel design which makes me certain they are made by the same unknown Chinese toy company though this casting doesn't feature any branding on its baseplate. Just like the HTI equivalent it is unlicensed but bares more than a passing resemblance to a MAN TGA cab and still features some nice detailing and a good level of finish for what is in effect a budget diecast. Mint and boxed.

Trainspotting again (2/18). Trentino Trasporti has 18 trains in service on my branch. My ride to work today, ETi 407, is one of fourteen Alstom electric trains constructed between 2005 and 2006. The others are ETi 401-406 and ETi 408-414.
