Ethena huy động thêm 14 triệu USD và ra mắt stablecoin USDe by TradeCoinVN

Ethena Labs, công ty phát triển đồng stablecoin USDe trên nền tảng Ethereum, đã huy động được 14 triệu USD trong vòng gọi vốn mới.

Vòng gọi vốn này đưa định giá của Ethena lên 300 triệu USD, theo chia sẻ của Giám đốc điều hành Guy Young.

Dragonfly và văn phòng gia đình của Arthur Hayes, người sáng lập BitMEX, là đơn vị dẫn đầu vòng gọi vốn.

Hiện tại, USDe đã khóa tổng giá trị hơn 224 triệu USD và có thể nhanh chóng vượt qua 1 tỷ USD.

Theo Arthur Hayes, USDe có tiềm năng cạnh tranh với Tether, đồng stablecoin lớn nhất hiện nay.

🔶 USDe là gì?

USDe là một đồng stablecoin được đảm bảo bằng các hợp đồng phái sinh, hoạt động trên nền tảng Ethereum.

USDe duy trì sự ổn định giá trị thông qua cơ chế phòng hộ "delta-neutral" trên các sàn giao dịch tập trung và phi tập trung.

Nói đơn giản, USDe được hỗ trợ bởi một khoản vị thế ETH dài hạn (mua vào) và một khoản vị thế ETH ngắn hạn (bán khống).

Phương pháp này đảm bảo "lỗ hoặc lãi từ cả hai vị thế sẽ được bù trừ để cung cấp lợi nhuận tương đương đồng đô la Mỹ," theo Ethena.

Để tạo USDe, người dùng có thể gửi USD, ETH hoặc token staking thanh khoản làm tài sản thế chấp.

🔶 Trái phiếu Internet sinh lời của Ethena

Bên cạnh USDe, Ethena còn phát triển một sản phẩm khác là "trái phiếu Internet" được tính bằng USD.

Trái phiếu này giúp sinh lời thông qua sUSDe (phiên bản staking của USDe) bằng cách nắm bắt cả lợi nhuận staking ETH vốn có và chênh lệch giá trên thị trường phái sinh.

Trong hai tháng qua, trái phiếu này đã mang lại lợi suất hàng năm trung bình từ 12-20%.

Được thành lập vào năm ngoái, Ethena có trụ sở tại Lisbon, Bồ Đào Nha. Với nguồn vốn mới huy động được, công ty dự định sẽ mở rộng đội ngũ hiện tại gồm 12 người bằng cách tuyển dụng kỹ sư định lượng và giám đốc phát triển kinh doanh tại châu Á.
