It was clear and calm at the parking by Kono lake of Vocano Akagiyama, though the sky was not so dark compared to the site near Mauna Loa Observatory in Hawaii. The light dome over Tokyo was very strong to the south.
I put a pair of white lines indicating the location of C/2013 US10 Catalina near The Big Dipper, Ursa Mayor.
Here is the same 360-degree view at night near Mauna Loa Observatory in Hawaii with the same camera and exposure.

I could enjoy astroimaging near Mt.Fuji through the calm night. The site was dark and open toward east, but the sky was not dark toward east due to light dome over Tokyo. The site was not good for imaging of rising comet.
equipment: Ricoh Theta Z1 on a compact tripod
exposure: 60 seconds at f/2.1 and ISO 1,000
processing: resized with Photoshop and made timelapse movie with Filmora
site: 733m above sea level at lat. 35 22 03 North and long. 138 32.59 East in Asagiri Highland 静岡県朝霧高原. Ambient temperature was around 5 degrees Celsius or 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Wind was mild. SQML reached 21.08. Seeing was bad, and guide error RMS was around 3" at the low elevation in the sky. The view was open toward the direction there, but the site was not suitable for imaging of rising comets.
