Railway station of the LNER now the terminus for London Underground's Central Line.

Enthusiasts are working to reopen the line to Ongar. See: eorailway.co.uk/

Nice to see this old bit of the Central line up and running with steam.

The central line once continued past Epping to Ongar, however london Underground withdrew the service during 1994.

Part of this section north of epping is now part of a tourist railway
