Following a thermal incident with one of the recently delivered Metrobus Wright GB Kite Hydroliner's, all 42 were withdrawn from service pending investigation on Friday 5th December 2025, a number of vehicles were sourced from other Go-Ahead operations plus a number of local independant operators to cover the shortfall.
The oldest vehicle to be sent to Crawley was from Salisbury Reds and seen here is 1993 HW52 EPN on Barlow Road, Bewbush whilst working route 3. Saturday 13th December 2025.

The London Tridents are slowly disappearing off of the streets of London, with small numbers left at remaining garages that operated them.
Catford still has three in regular service as far as I can tell, all three spotted during this visit to Lewisham on route 199 earlier this week.
