This was a series of #legodirtytroopers experiments with Ice Fountain Fireworks (birthday cake fireworks) that I did two months ago. I bought one pack to experiment with (one pack contains 4 ice fountains). Each one lasts for approximately 40 seconds. And I was surprised after my first attempt that none of the minifigures doesn't get burned. So now I keep to use my Stormtroopers in my photographs. More information coming on on my Facebook Page.

The Long Corridor is a covered walkway in the Summer Palace in Beijing, China. The total length of the Long Corridor is 728 metres and it is decorated with more than 14,000 paintings, especially on the ceiling and its beams, which divide it into 273 sections. Along the corridor there are four octagonal pavilions. Each of these pavilions symbolises the four climatic seasons of the year. The more than 14,000 paintings have a wide variety of subjects: historical figures, famous buildings, landscapes, flowers, birds, fish, insects... Of particular importance are those depicting folk and traditional tales, fables and episodes from classical Chinese literature. As a part of the Summer Palace, the Long Corridor was included on the UNESCO World Heritage List in December, 1998.
There is no doubt that the Long Corridor is a beautiful place during the day. But it is at night, with the arrival of darkness and the lighting of the chinese lanterns, that it reaches its true splendour, creating a special atmosphere and transforming into a long, luminous and sinuous thread in the midst of the darkness. It is at night when it becomes a magical place, where stories, tales, fables, imagination... come to life and arise. Dreams and tales, in the middle of the night and darkness.

This is my first Episode VII. I am unsure about her name, i have been intentionally trying to be away of everything VII. But this ship is sexy and I guess the dude on the background has to be a foe, so here is my guess on what will happen :)

View from the northeast of the castle in a windy morning.
The Castle of Zafra (Spanish: Castillo de Zafra) is a 12th-century castle located in the municipality of Campillo de Dueñas, in Guadalajara, Spain.
Built in the late 12th or early 13th centuries on a sandstone outcrop in the Sierra de Caldereros, it stands on the site of a former Visigothic and Moorish fortification that fell into Christian hands in 1129.
It had considerable strategic importance as a virtually impregnable defensive work on the border between Christian and Muslim-ruled territory.
The castle was never conquered and was successfully defended against the King of Castile in the 13th century.
The successful completion of the Reconquista at the end of the 15th century ended its military significance.
Although it fell into ruin in the following centuries, since 1971 it has progressively been restored by its private owners.
It can be visited with permission from the owners.
Filming location: HBO filmed outdoor scenes for season 6 of its fantasy series "Game of Thrones" at the castle.
According to its present owner, Daniel Antonio Sanz, the producers were "looking for a remote site and away from any building".
The castle stands in for the Tower of Joy in three episodes of the season, "Oathbreaker", "Blood of My Blood" and "The Winds of Winter", during flashback scenes that reveal a secret from Ned Stark's past. (Source: Wikipedia)

Vista desde el lado noreste del castillo en una mañana ventosa.
El Castillo de Zafra es un castillo del siglo XII situado en el municipio de Campillo de Dueñas, en Guadalajara, España.
Edificado a finales del siglo XII o principios del XIII sobre un afloramiento de arenisca en la Sierra de Caldereros, se alza sobre el emplazamiento de una antigua fortificación visigoda y musulmana que cayó en manos cristianas en 1129.
Tuvo una considerable importancia estratégica como obra defensiva prácticamente inexpugnable en la frontera entre territorio cristiano y musulmán.
El castillo nunca fue conquistado y fue defendido con éxito contra el rey de Castilla en el siglo XIII.
La exitosa culminación de la Reconquista a finales del siglo XV acabó con su importancia militar.
Aunque cayó en ruinas en los siglos siguientes, desde 1971 ha sido restaurado progresivamente por sus propietarios privados.
Se puede visitar con permiso de los propietarios.
Lugar de rodaje: HBO filmó escenas al aire libre para la temporada 6 de su serie de fantasía "Juego de Tronos" en el castillo.
Según su actual propietario, Daniel Antonio Sanz, los productores estaban "buscando un sitio remoto y alejado de cualquier edificio".

Days in Saxony. episode ... Since in autumn I am very busy with exhibitions and so on I am in full preparation and have also found a very nice spot where I can work undisturbed in the great outdoors.
Photographing trains will be shifted a bit, but in the end it is better. Doing tours with the bike to keep the legs fit, downhill and preferably late at night or early in the morning but the thing is that here in the East the day starts even earlier ... Soon on the way for a few wild camping with the hammock for days, that is the solution.
I made this image in Göhren on a mild evening of the RE en route to Leipzig just before the night made its official appearance.
The silence was overwhelming, the downhill by bike and cycling home through dark forests in the dark.
#331/365 Post Process Fridays episode #43. This week's epic shot is from Julien aka Neoweb001. This was one of those photos I knew I had to get my hands on when I first saw it. Unfortunatly I can't give any insight as to what I did, becuse it was a little bit of that and a little bit of this till I thought it looked cool. I do love how it came out. From the episode "Purple Giraffe," 2005. Not so old, but I never noticed this actor before The Walking Dead, so I was amused to see him on HIMYM.
ETA 2/26/12: Also saw Bernthal on a Law & Order: Criminal Intent episode, and will post a screen shot, although, since he was playing a twitchy drug dealer who wouldn't stop moving for 2 seconds, the grab isn't as good as I'd like. But I'll post it and put a link to it in here, for those of you that would like to see him in a tank top.

I haven't posted a new custom in a while, so I'm glad I had the time to make this! This template took a while to get looking right, and I finally got it to a point where I'm satisfied with the way it looks.
