Good thing you can't see the mess and all the leftover stuff from a party the night before in this picture. The morning light makes it all a dreamy, pretty scene.

Taken last month (September 2016), when the Canon AE-1 Program decided to function again for two rolls of film - and then died, again. There must be some weird kind of problem with the contacts. It seems to me they suck the battery dry instantly, even when I just bought it.

on staying home

We're pretty much moved into our sublet for the summer. We've put some familiar things on the walls and tried to mingle with the stuff that was already here. The place gets great light and there's plenty of street parking! Come visit!

(This transition to city life has been pretty easy so far - knock on wood...)
