Preparing a large aluminum flange prior to welding it onto a large aluminum pipe. This is for replacement of a yachts exhaust discharge pipes. The plate is first approved by class (this time ABS) then the flange is waterjet from the approved plate. The flange is then welded (by class approved welders) to the class approved pipe.
