Organic shapes on the EMP Museum in Seattle

Horror section in the EMP Museum. Pictures of people in a screaming booth they had set up. BOO!

ME: How long as you gonna be in there, Holt?

HOLT: I'lllllll...beeeeeeee...gonnnnnne...inadayor TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

ME: Ugh, my eardrums again. Well, at least I'll have some peace and quiet for a while!

"OoooWEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOO...OO oo-ooooooo! Oo weeeeooooo, weeooo, wha-ooo wahoooo! OoWEEEE——"

Yes, thank you Jackson, now my ear drums hurt.

Upped the saturation a great deal, to bring out the awesome detail in the jacket (which I could never see AT ALL in the film, alas). Also, one hand was positioned to be holding one of Jareth's crystal balls, but there was nothing in his hand! Poo!

The blue sparkles aren't on his jacket; they're from a computer touch screen across the way. Jareth wears glitter in another part of the movie....

Love that movie so much, you have no idea

Seattle model and actress Xesia (xesia.com) at the EMP Museum, in a latex Starfleet uniform. In the background are panels from the original bridge set, and a uniform worn by Nichelle Nichols as Uhura.

I don't where the costume's from; I couldn't find a plaque. As for the Running-Around Kid, well, I have a theory that every museum in the world permanently houses about two dozen of them each.

ME: You wear it down to a nub?

HOLT: HECK YEAH!!

JACKSON: I wonder if I can ask mom to get me one for Christmas?

ME: I think you'll have to be veeeery good to earn one of those.

JACKSON: Pleasing Santa Claus is honorable. Not to mention one's mom.

That's all for tonight; goodnight!

BEAUTIFUL.

They also had Westley's Dread Pirate Roberts costume, but I didn't bother to take a photo because the exhibit had such low "mood" lighting, I knew The Notorious D.P.R. would just show up as a black blob on my camera. X^P

My Camera broke right when we got to Seattle, all these pictures I took using my sisters little camera. They turned out better then I expected!

Went to the EMP (Experience Music Project) Museum today, and FINALLY got to see the Fantasy exhibit! :^D

Tonight I'm uploading pics I took on my iPhone—pics from the *good* camera are forthcoming.

Well, 2015 came and went, and still no hoverboards...

Look at the little claws!
