Jan Thomas or Jan Thomas van Ieperen (5 February 1617 – 6 September 1673) was a Flemish Baroque painter, draughtsman and printmaker. He was first active in Antwerp where he worked in the workshop of Rubens. He later became court painter at the Habsburg court in Vienna. He is known for his portraits of the rulers of Austria as well as for his pastoral, mythological and religious scenes.

The brook of the mad is a torrent flowing over the towns of Montferrer and Corsavy, in the French department of the Pyrenees-Orientales. He throws himself into the Tech.
The gorges of the mad, very narrow, are a tourist site with paid access.
Not to be confused with the crazy riba, which flows a few hundred meters upstream.

Jan Thomas or Jan Thomas van Ieperen (5 February 1617 – 6 September 1673) was a Flemish Baroque painter, draughtsman and printmaker. Mark Spain is a UK contemporary artist, based in Kent. He started his art career working with etchings and calligraphy, but branched out into oil painting around the year 2000.
