Honey, it’s an elixir for good health. At least, that is what my grandmother taught me. I’ve been feeling like a helium balloon on the third day since Monday. Void of energy, it's like I'm just flying a foot off the ground dragging my little string behind me. I’ve been haunting the market hoping to channel my grandmother’s wisdom. Born in 1898 in Switzerland, she was a masterful mistress in herbal healing. Sadly, I never took a note while she lived. I must rely on my memories, instinct and of course - a spoonful of honey!
