I did this set one year ago but I never find the time retouching them

Taken during a walk In Arduaine Gardens .

I don't own a Macro lens and so, for these shots I screwed some + dioptre lenses onto the filter thread of my kit lens essentially giving my camera reading glasses just like me I am quite pleased with the results.

I think the leaf is from an Acer tree but I'm no botanist or even Gardener for that matter

The Tuolumne River, near its headwaters high in the Sierra Nevada, rushes West through a solid granite creek bed, making its way towards the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir far below. I call this one "Elements of Life" for the sky, trees, granite and water that are characteristic of Yosemite.

Thank you Brian Wilson and sure you were out too.
