I have a stash of ElecTRONica photos that were never edited or uploaded. So I've decided that I will occasionally upload a set. Sort of to keep ElecTRONica alive, ya know? Because The Grid will remain open so long as its fans declare it so.
This year’s visualized cloud of sound will be formed and punctuated by fireworks. Pyrotechnic artist Christian Czech (AT) (Pyrovision) has been working together with director Beda Percht (AT)(Cataracts) for several years. They have jointly created a new theatrical style of staging fireworks displays that has garnered them international acclaim - for example, as winners of the Nuits des Feu competition on the grounds of Chantilly Palace near Paris. For this production, they’re joined by musician Thierry Zaboitzeff (FR). His powerful musical themes combine with delicate subtlety to make for a memorable musical experience.

The ELECTRONICA TABLE is composed of 51 vintage electronic devices. Almost all the buttons, knobs and reels and other moving parts still move and slide, giving the pieces an interactional quality for the user. The table surface is 1/2" acrylic, secured to the table with stainless steel. The table measures 21.5”H; 54”D; 32”W.

We Are Heroes (winner of America's Best Dance Crew Season 5) had a small performance each weekend for the month of February.
We didn't know about the shows until recently so we just managed to catch them during their last weekend of performances.
The Friday we went was a rainy day and the stage was just getting soaked in certain spots. It really was a poorly built stage. Fortunately they still gave us a show because afterward they announced that show would be their last performance of the day since the stage was getting so wet.
