Painted as part of a project to repainted my original eldar army from 1996 using only the models that were available then. It also has to be a Jes Goodwin Sculpt only

This raider I painted in an all black Incubi scheme to make it look unique on the field when it's in an army with my stander Kabal Warriors.

I made a set of decals for the aethersails. I wanted them to look like they were made form some kind of advanced mesh, so a decal seemed the best option. I designed them in illustrator, then printed the decal on a laser printer and applied.

The jet exhaust was Armorcast Laser Muzzle effects Airbrushed to look like a glow.

A pair of Dark Eldar Raiders

I laid down a 3 shade blue to black gradient across the model with an airbrush, then hand painted the blue highlights. The Tribal areas were hand painted first in Mechrite red, then followed by Warlock purple.

Old Eldar Avatar Diorama I made back in 1997. Sadly I did not keep this well, there is quite a bit of dust still on that is going to take some effort to clean up. and the dust shows up as white specks in the photo :'(

Eldar VĂ¥gan (born 1960) is a Norwegian songwriter, guitarist, cellist, pianist and illustrator. He is best known as the frontman of Vazelina Bilopphøggers

Vazelina Bilopphøggers was a Norwegian rockabilly and entertainment band that was established in Gjøvik in 1979. The band became one of Norway's biggest bands with their interpretations of old rockabilly songs, with humorous lyrics sung in the Toten dialect.

Here is one of my newest units for the dark kin, a squad of all bat winged scourges.

I chose to paint them in the same scheme as my Asdrubael Vect & Court minis and then expand upon them with a new technique for painting batwings.

I tried to achieve a semi-translucent membrane effect with the wings. Not sure if it worked 100%, but I was still happy with the final outcome. I plan to try the method again in larger scale on my Dark Eldar Black Dragon. I'm hoping to improve upon it then and eventually post a tutorial.

I also tried to airbrush an OSL effect on all the back vials. This is something I will try to repeat and improve on when I paint my Grotesques in the near future as well.

Warhammer 40K - Dark Eldar

just finished this huge model. I love how well planed this model was designed in order to be able to easily change the weapons.

Exiled by his craftworlld, considered cursed by all Eldar, he served Inquisitor Joshan as a blade for hire while searching for the truth.

From my Dark Eldar army, Kabal of The Blazing Sun.

Rust, rust never changes. My stippling brush is dying at the moment though! 2 Layers of Brown, 3 Layers of Red and finally Orange...worth it though.
