The second part of the homework was to make a composite using other images. I chose Yosemite because it's one of my favorite places. I used photos from spring, fall and winter, used artistic filters, fancy text with gradient fill, little glinty brush tip and a warp effect on the text.

this author is so genious. and the book itself is even more of an experience than i thought. i was sucked in immediately just browsing through the patient's file, realizing that some things didn't add up, wondering... and even the pages of the book look like journal pages, with charcoal sketches. as an artist myself, i am SO impressed!
My 5 yo son again, this time posing for some Rota-Fota shots. Don't move, I said, stay really still. Oh well. Maybe next time. Interesting solarized and inverted effect though.
