Special effects - As part of the special effects module, I have learnt to use many products to create different looks. In this experiment I used liquid latex to create a laceration on the arm. To do this I built several layers of latex and tissue and waited for it to dry. Once dry I used scissors to cut down the tissue to make the open wound. I used more latex in the wound and scrunched up balls of tissue and placed them inside the wound to add texture. I then added paints to colour inside and outside of the laceration and added runny blood on the arm. I was very happy with the outcome.

When I started to study & share art works my conception was to put together different pictures while getting to know some of the thousands effects of graphic / digital art, so what made these ‘self-made’ was that I used my favorite quotes at each. I started with logos because I have lot of experiences as having Facebook groups for example, then I was trying to improve with wallpapers without txt so the point of the result started to be visual, now I’m only making self-made stuff, some of them are not bad in my opinion but I’m still practicing and I still do need a lot of practice:) Feedbacks are welcomed!

Yesterday i had a knee surgery so now i'm back home, unable to move around that much.. Besides it's my first free day after the exams so i wanted to spend some time taking pictures. So, due to lack of mobility, i had to do it at home. My guitar is what i've chosen to shoot this time.

I really hope to get outside in like a week or so and in case the weather is fine (like now, beautiful sunny frosty days!) i might take some pics.
