I decided to take a picture of a fan and I like the cool effects the light bulbs brought to the picture.
I know I had said no more flower photos. But this made me so jealous. Its SO unfair. I had been jealous of bees since I was 13 because I knew they could "see" UV light (c'mon, I remember reading it in my NCERT), but its even worse that flowers should have special effects only for them. Sob.
Anyway, I did see a bee near this flower, but I have a bad history with them, so I waited patiently till it flew away.

When taking night photos without a tripod and you move, you get quite nice light effects (only if a light is in the shot) the bottom lights are from when a car came past and the top ones from the lamp post
Slighty ruined by the shadow and the effects of the night time filter on the phone, but nonetheless, 66 095 is atop a rake of ex RMC JGA hopper wagons.
I think this was the 'glass empties' to Tilbury running as 6L56. The loaded service ran to Ince and Elton Encirc conveying recycled glass fragments or 'cullet' which would be reused in the manufactur of new glass products.
Running down the WCML to Arpley sidings, the service would reverse and head along the Chester line from Acton Grange Junction, before running onto the Ellesmere port route at Helsby for a short distance. Leaving this route at West Cheshire Junction, the train would run into the unloading sidings before discharging its cargo.
This weekend was full of my first paying photography gigs...this is definitely not my usual subject matter, and it felt really good to step outside the box.
I took these photos for a special effects student at the Tom Savini school...she was sooo talented!
She needed to use food in a project...and voila, sweet potato fetuses.
