One of the larger falcons, the Peregrine is a symbol of survival against the odds, these being persecution and pesticide poisoning that threatened it with extinction, Now it has made a strong comeback, in the UK, it is more common than it has ever been, although parts of its fomer range remain unoccupied, As with most falcons and hawks, females are considerbly larger than males, Pairs often remain together for long periods, soaring over nesting cliffs, Peregrines look dark against the sky, but a close view reveals black, white, and yellow adding sharp contrast to the over all grey,
Occurrence - Widespread but scarce, breeding through Scandinavia, N and W Great Britain, Spain, Portugal, Alps, Italy, and Balkans, in hills and coasts with cliffs, increasingly in cities, Present all year, some wandering in winter,
Voice ;- Loud, raucous calls at nest include throaty haak-haak-haak and whining kee-keee-eeeeee and wheeee-ip ,
Nesting ;- On broad ledge or earthy scrape on cliff, in quarry, or more rarely on building or on flatter ground, 2 - 4 eggs, 1 brood, March - June,
Feeding ;- Kills birds of sizes ranging from thrush to pigeon or grouse, sometimes larger, often rising to take them from beneath, chasing in level flight, or stooping from great height,

Eeeeee, finalmente chegou minhas plaquinhas, depois de nada mais e nada menos que duas semanas *-*
Quando chegou meu pacote achei que tinha me mandado encomenda errada uahuah eu sabia que as placas eram tao pequenas, mas nao pensei que fossem miniaturas adioususdak muda nada, pelo menos da pra carimbar haha
Claro que eu fui logo testar elas né, corri pra tirrar o glitter forte com a tecnica do papel aluminio e depois pintei com o amarelinha.
Amarelo lindo, enche de bolinhas (e nao é dó calor) e mesmo com o roxinho demorou um bom tempo para secar...
Nao reparem nas minhas carimbadas pq eu tava testando e foi minha primeiro vez né :(
Além disso eu tava testando qual preto é melhor que já que nao comprei esmalte especial, usei o Breu da Panvel e o Nimbus da Bu, e apesar do Breu ser muuuito mais pigmentado o Nimbus carimba melhor.
Aliás, a foto meio desfoca é pra nao mostrar o tanto de bolinhas que deu, pq ficou um horror nas fotos.

ainda na ideia de desencalhar vários esmaltes com um tiro só combinei 3: primeiro o beauty queen da beauty color, um vermelho metálico com glow rosado, depois o fios de prata da marchetti, um glitter prata com filetes furta-cor e por último o felina da beauty color, vermelho jelly com glow rosado e umas partículas beeeem fininhas.
eu dispensaria o glitter porque deixou as pinceladas marcadas e não fez tanta diferença, além de ser de filetes, nem gosto de filetes e nem sei porque comprei esse esmalte. vi que a bárbara nichols usou ele aqui e ficou muito bonito, mas acho que ainda vou desapegar.
pronto, agora estou com a galeria em dia porque esse é o esmalte que estou usando no momento. e falando em sanduiche de glitter nas próximas fotos vou retomar o desafio do disquinho EEEEEE

Adorei o tema dessa EC, que é esmalte sand. Adoro o efeito, a durabilidade e a praticidade.
O meu escolhido é muito especial, tem um valor afetivo grande, me lembra uma fase muito boa da minha vida.
O danado é lindo, roxo/vinho/bordô, não sei explicar...rsrsrs, com brilhinhos dourados.
Esse é meu terceiro vidrinho (?) 😁 e foi desapego da Betinha💕.

And no before anyone asks, I'm not too old to have stopped having birthdays yet!
I'm very fortunate to not only have great friends, but more importantly to have great friends with great taste in pressies!
The yellow rose is a symbol of eternal friendship. Yes, that's something us women know, but I was very impressed that one of my male friends knew this. Part of a gorgeous bouquet that I received.
As for the doughnut, well it's not just any doughnut, but the worlds finest. Yep, that's right, it's a lip licking, knicker wetting Krispy Kreme. There were another 11 to go with this one, but the problem with Krispy Kreme's is they're just sooooo moorish.
I'm just back from a lovely lunch, so thought I'd better get this photo posted before the evening's celebrations commence. (It could get messy!)

Peregrine,
One of the larger falcons, the Peregrine is a symbol of survival against the odds, these being persecution and pesticide poisoning that threatened it with extinction, Now it has made a strong comeback, in the UK, it is more common than it has ever been, although parts of its fomer range remain unoccupied, As with most falcons and hawks, females are considerbly larger than males, Pairs often remain together for long periods, soaring over nesting cliffs, Peregrines look dark against the sky, but a close view reveals black, white, and yellow adding sharp contrast to the over all grey,
Occurrence - Widespread but scarce, breeding through Scandinavia, N and W Great Britain, Spain, Portugal, Alps, Italy, and Balkans, in hills and coasts with cliffs, increasingly in cities, Present all year, some wandering in winter,
Voice ;- Loud, raucous calls at nest include throaty haak-haak-haak and whining kee-keee-eeeeee and wheeee-ip ,
Nesting ;- On broad ledge or earthy scrape on cliff, in quarry, or more rarely on building or on flatter ground, 2 - 4 eggs, 1 brood, March - June,
Feeding ;- Kills birds of sizes ranging from thrush to pigeon or grouse, sometimes larger, often rising to take them from beneath, chasing in level flight, or stooping from great height,
