This photo serves as a representation of both personal and professional development. A lot can be learned and gained within this 3x3 steel structure. This for my student athletes preparing themselves for competition, thus exposing their current physical abilities and setting goals for what they are capable of achieving through hard work and dedication. Such an element of training helps to "expose character" as opposed to "developing character."
