Daily Shoot #147 Birds are beautiful and rewarding to photograph. Challenge yourself by making a photo of a bird today
The kereru is a protected native bird of NZ. I took this photo a month or so back but ran out of light today.
The kereru was in the news recently when a group of Norwegian tourists posted a video of themselves shooting and killing the birds on YouTube. They left the country before they could be arrested.

Here are a few photos within a collage that I like.
The first (top left) is of the kids on the playground. I love this photo
(and I hope you can see it well) because I remember those days of being so
free and just enjoying life to the utmost as a young child.
The second (top right) is from last week's Field Day. We all had so much
fun and I was even more thrilled when students stopped to ask "will you
take a picture with us?"
The third (bottom left) is me and some former students who graduated 5th
grade last year. I love how they come back for quick visits to talk about
"life and what not" (as they put it. :)
And last is me along with some of my fellow teachers at a weekend get
together. It really is a family atmosphere here on our campus and I
believe that certainly lends itself to making it a positive learning
environment for our students. So our working relationships transfer well
outside of our classrooms.
Sorry that I couldn't pic just one :)

The rise of online mobile educational apps is improving the education system around the globe. Most of the students prefer to learn with the help of online educational apps. But before launching any online app, it should undergo a critical step known as software testing. Now the question arises - Why online apps need software testing, and what is the importance of software testing in edTech? Check out the video to get the answers.
Quote from The Really Useful #EdTechBook:
"Students learn best when the method or device is chosen and/or personalised by them, when they have made it their own for their independent learning."
