EFF says Cory is a superhero and they mean it; providing a cape, goggles and a balloon. Standard fair for a super hero in the EFF.

Update: yea - flickr comes to the rescue with the link to www.xkcd.com/c239.html from chesh2000 in the comments. Thanks!

Update 8/2011: Hmmm, there seems to be a kerfluffel regarding this photo of Cory Doctorow in the comments on the use this image on Jeremy Nicholl's Blog.

For the commenters, Jeremey's use of the image is allowed and more than meets the requirements of CC attribution. It is credited (all that is required) and he linked to the image (not required but appreciated.) I specifically set this image to be Creative Commons Attribution. You DO have permission to use the image, profit or non-profit, with attribution of "photo by Ed Schipul". A link to the image is appreciated, but not required. The fact is Jeremey, who I do not know, went above and beyond the requirements of the license. I appreciate that.

Please see my profile for more information of my general support of creative commons. There are definitely quite a few "all rights reserved" photos in my photo stream. But my default is to contribute to the commons. I believe it is for the greater good. I enjoy photography. The CC license was not an error.

In San Diego for eTech. This shot was taken by hanging the camera out of the window of the Manchester Hyatt 29th floor. Catching the train in the shot on the lower right was just luck. So, welcome back to eTech!

Ben, Stewart and Eric (I think?) introducing Flickr to the world.
