I don't pay a lot of attention to EMS vehicles, but I don't recall ever seeing one using a Kenworth platform. This one belongs to the Loveland-Symmes Fire Department. I got into a little discussion about it with the two guys in the picture. They said it was unusual, but they really loved driving it. The only complaints their fellow paramedics have about it is that it is a bit harder to get into than their other trucks and it is on the big side when having to maneuver in tight places. It sure is an impressive looking truck. I wonder when they will get a Peterbilt.

Chatham-Kent Fire, EMS, and Police were dispatched for a two vehicle MVC at Wellington Street East and Prince Street South just before 17:30 on May 13 2014 that involved a police cruiser.
According to CKReview.ca; a witness stated that a Grand Prix was northbound on Price and failed to stop for a stop sign. The cruiser was westbound on Wellington and did not have a stop sign. The Grand Prix failed to yield, which caused the cruiser and the civilian car to collide.
The officer who was driving the cruiser was transported to PGH with minor injuries to his arms and legs.

regista: Oskar Barnack
Synopsis: Views of Bad Ems health resort in Rheinland Pfalz. Barnack filmed the garden of the resort and the embankment of the left side of the Lahn river, with its prominent water tower and the famous Balmoral Hotel, visited, among others, by Richard Wagner. In the background we can make out the Kaiserbrücke, with the casino to the right. Visitors to the health resort drink from springs. The film was likely produced prior to World War One, probably in the early summer of 1914. There exists a photograph of the production taken with the Ur-Leica: it shows Barnack with his camera on a hill near Bad Ems.
