It's been almost ten years since I built my E-2C Hawkeye model and I've made very few changes to it since. It's now among my oldest models. Rather than giving it an upgrade, I've started with a completely new model, which you see here. Its overall size and geometry is going be very similar, but I'm using numerous new parts to, hopefully, give it a much nicer and smoother shape. I've been working on this on and off for about two weeks now and progress is really slow. The rebuilt outer wing panels are finished, but weren't fitted for this picture.
